Best of all it is that bit bigger than cheaper ones and so holds large sheets of paper as well as any reference work for easy comparison when I am drawing and painting. It's rock solid and very comfortable to use. Well made, good value for money and looks like it will last. One criticism is that it could do with a setting in-between 'flat' and the first angled position, as it's quite a big jump, but I think I will be able to remedy that with a little saw to cut an extra notch.
