The Optimus Prime of tyers
These tyers are awesome!I had some assisance at my local bike shop to fit them as they are difficult to fit to the wheel when brand new and even the retailer made comment of the quality of the tyer.I cycle over 100 miles per week so tyers are important to me. I will now not purchace any other type of tyer and they have been fitted for one month now and I know that these are quality tyers as I have accidently rode over glass on journeys on more than one occasion and the tyers have not puntuured. Very impressed

Good tyres
Happy with my purchase and so far so good no punctures, as other people have commented can be a bit difficult to fit. Happy to recommend to others.

nice tyre, tight to get on the rim will need 3 x tyre levers, when on seem to roll well

Good value - not folding though!
They do the job and they're great if you're on a budget. Just had my first puncture after a couple of months and a downpour obviously washing a load of rubbish onto the road. These aren't folding tyres though - marginally heavier and can't be carried as a spare. If the description was accurate these would have scored 5 stars.

Just the job for the marginal days. Plenty of grip without compromising speed.
Absolute bargain for the price. And they perform well, and would only be taken to their limits by a rider who is above my ability level.

Shockingly bad quality Continental tyres
I bought this tyre 2 months ago. Having bought another Continental in January which developed a bad split in the fabric. This one also developed a split, albeit a lot smaller, in the fabric close to the rim bead and caused a puncture. I didn't find the split at first and replaced the inner tube, having checked thoroughly that there were no sharp objects in the tyre, nor wheel rim. Punctured immediately on inflating the new tyre. Happened a third time and then I found the split. Can't believe such poor quality of tyre. I cycle the same commuter route and an occasional longer route at weekends. Never had a single puncture on the original tyres on my Trek 1.2 bike.

Great value
Really hard to tell the difference between these and far more expensive tyres.

Decent tyre
Decent tyre, put a few hundred miles on them and holding up well. Still loads of life left. Decent price for the pair too.
