The product came in poor condition. The rubber strings are very susceptible to being torn. The resistance is not that high.

Not practical for gymbros!
I purchased this product after seeing multiple instagram reels. Happy to report that its clearly not made for gymbros looking to build a bulletproof wrist. Its extremely easy to use and does not offer the amount of strech required to grow the flexor and extensor muscles. Seems like this product would be useful for people looking to regain motor movements of their hands i.e people doing physiotherapy.

Bands broke after 2 weeks of use
Bands which are fastened to the fingers and stretched, tend to get worn out at the base and eventually break. The band used for middle finger might break first as it is the longest finger and is stretched the most. Even if one band breaks, the whole equipment becomes useless.
