the description says white, but the pictures show it with a black handle. Which is it black or white?

The handle is silver and black.

Is this brisket knife sharp?

Or if they box yes. It quickly lost is sharp edge. The bigger issue I have though is that the blade is way too flexible so it's very difficult to thinly slice refrigerated leftovers. 8/10 1 would not buy again
