Hanamaruki Kurano Kaori Shiro Miso Paste 1 kg

I'm a bit of a miso fiend and have tried several brands/varieties on Amazon. This is a pleasant light miso with a finer texture than the deeper red and brown types. IT makes a good cheesy sub for vegan sauces when combined with lemon juice.I like this a lot and would add it to my favourites. Excellent value for money and economical to buy a pack this size. I tend to transfer to a lidded BPA free container and have found it does not require refridgeration after opening. ( I would generally consume within 4-6 weeks.)

We're onto our second bag now. Lasts for ages in the fridge, has a deep umami flavour, nutty and salty. Great product, highly recommended.

Tasty white miso paste. Would buy it again if the price stays the same.

I normaly buy a small but tasty white miso from the local wholefood shop, but my income has decreased. Looking on Amazon I found this lovely big bag of fermented miso and was very happy to cook with it successfully. Now I have enough miso to last me for a while.
