This monitor riser is exactly what I needed. It’s solid, feels like it can hold way more weight than I’ll ever put on it, and the minimalist design blends right into my setup without being bulky or overdesigned. It raises the monitor just enough to make a difference ergonomically, and it has rubber feet underneath so it doesn’t scratch the desk or slide around. Clean look, no wobble, no assembly, just a straightforward, quality piece of gear. It’s one of those “buy it once and forget it” solutions. It works, and that’s all it needed to do.

Time will tell if this will bow under the weight of my 27" iMac; most of the other aluminum risers have a few negative reviews to that effect. I'm not too worried though, as the price was right on this one and I can always wedge an unobtrusive brace under the center if I need to (I don't store my keyboard under it). It looks great, and is perfectly sized for my workspace. What I failed to appreciate when ordering it is the use of the odd gaps on either side. In fact I thought that would be a downside, as the gap takes away a bit of level space on top to put things on. However, my work surface is a built-in affair that has a circular hole at the back through which power cords and the subwoofer cable pass. Without the unique side gaps I'd have to pass those cords up underneath and then behind the riser, which would pinch them between the back edge of the riser and the wall. It works much better to pass the cords and cable up and then through a gap to the various devices. That way I can push the riser right up against the back wall without pinching anything. And I have my external hard drive cables running down from the iMac through the other side's gap. Very clean, very safe. What I though was a bug was a design feature, and a great one.

This is a sturdy, one-piece monitor stand. My 16” MacBook Pro fits neatly underneath, while my monitor, an HP Omen 27”, rests on top. The stand does not flex even though this is a relatively heavy monitor. And the monitor base does not hang off the front or rear edge of the stand (it’s a close fit). I appreciate the small slots on either side of the stand. Unfortunately, when my Mac is sitting on the desk, the base of the stand gets in the way of the ports on the computer. My solution was to place a small riser under the MacBook to elevate the ports, and the cables now just pass through the slots on the stand. Not perfect, but I think the stand would be slightly less stable with four legs, so I appreciate the design and functionality. 5/5

Exactly what I expected. Very pleased with purchase. It raises my Studio Display just high enough so its screen bottom can be seen above the top of an opened MBP M1 14". The finish is not as good as Apple's, of course, but it does harmonize with the aluminum look. My closed MBP 14" or Davinci Micro Color Panel will each slide under the riser when additional desk space is desired.

If you want a stand that's built like a tank, this is for you! Solid aluminum casting. However, it measured slightly under 16" and I needed every last millimeter of space to make my laptop work under it, so I had to return it. One other issue that would not have worked for me is the side opening prohibited me from being able to plug in my HDMI cable because the lower rail was a bit too high and it would put the connection at a stressed angle. If this were available in a 20" wide model it would have been perfect.

I purchased two of the VIVO Silver Aluminum Monitor Risers for my Apple Studio Display monitors. I didn't spend the extra $800 for the articulating stand that is an option with the Apple Studio Display and therefore needed a riser to position the monitors at the perfect height. The VIVO Silver Aluminum risers are solid and very durable. They easily hold the weight of each monitor and the color matches the Apple Studio Display as well as Apple mini. If you're looking for a riser that meets the height of the VIVO riser, then I highly recommend the VIVO Aluminum Monitor Riser!

Boy was I wrong. I placed the Mac Studio on it and two small studio-grade speakers. A quality look, perfect manufacture, and great height (not too short and not too high). Love it.

I had been looking for a monitor stand for a couple purposes 1) to have an area to put my USB-C hub and hard drive and 2) to raise my laptop on a laptop stand up to prevent neck pain. I looked for a good month or so for something that would accommodate both of my needs. Every stand I saw was either too large for the space I had or it wasn't tall enough to place what I needed under. I was going to give up until I came across this one! The height was perfect with just enough space for the hard drive since that was the largest item. The length and depth was fantastic so I didn't have to move my laptop and stand anywhere. The height adds a good 3 inches of height which helps me maintain posture when at my desk for long periods of time. I never knew the difference until I got this stand, I was amazed on how just a couple inches would make such a large difference. The build quality is fantastic, it has great weight to it but not being super heavy and it is extremely sturdy with no flex in it at all when things are on top. To give you an idea of weight and dimensions if you do decide to get this, I have a rain design mStand with a 16' MacBook Pro and the items under is a CalDidgit AV Pro 2 and TS3 Plus. Both items are comfortable placed under the stand with room to spare but one thing to keep in mind, the AV Pro 2 does stick out the back a bit if this is something you are concerned about. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this stand and for the price this is a steal!

This monitor riser has been a great addition to my workspace. It raises my monitor to the perfect viewing height and aligns nicely with my second screen on the right, creating a much more comfortable setup. The aluminium construction feels solid and stable, and the silver finish looks sleek, blending well with my desk. It’s also lightweight and was very easy to assemble straight out of the box. I’ve noticed a reduction in neck strain since using it, and it frees up extra space underneath for storage. A simple but effective upgrade for any office or home workstation. Highly recommended!

Cupo perfecto un laptop de 15" debajo del soporte, lo que me ahorró bastante espacio en el escritorio y se ve muy minimalista y combina con mi laptop color aluminio. Afortunadamente tengo un doc con conexión USB-C que le conecto monitores, usb, etc, porque de lo contrario no tendría espacio ni para conectarle los audífonos. El material 3s de muy buena calidad por lo que no creo que se doble o despinte con los años. Recomendado 100% si buscas algo como lo que ves en mis fotos.

I looked at many different monitor risers, and was keen on aluminum but concerned at some which showed slight bowing in photos. The VIVO looked most promising, and after receiving earlier this week - it's exactly what I was looking for! Strong, sturdy, looks amazing, and... NO bowing in the middle! A quality product and definitely recommend to others seeking an aluminum riser.
