The hole is too big inside so the liquid just pours out through the sponge washing it all. Sponge came away from the plastic after one use. It's all in the bin now.

Sometimes the sponge falls....

Great product but pricey when I realised I could get them in b and m a lot cheaper. Fast delivery. No problems

Only got this product the other day. Used it twice and had to change sponge. Used it again this morning and the 2nd sponge has come away from base (as in photos). I tried to do a return and it says that this product is not eligible for return.Certainly won't buy this again. Absolute rubbish. Not fit for purpose.

Broke off after 2 uses, replacement brushes broke off after 3 uses! Don't waste your money. Issue seems to be the brush is too thick so when scrubbing, the motion pulls it off.

Go for the Dishmatic one as the sponge actually stays on! I have gone through three of the replacements now…so it seems they’re all like it :(

Upon opening my package everything was fine and was looking forward to using the product.First use the sponge came off the plastic application and must have been stuck with cheap glue, thought I’d apply a new head thinking it was a one off and again it came off. Really not happy with the product at all
