I’ve always been skeptical about herbal remedies for things like depression and anxiety but SJW has worked better for me than things like Wellbutrin, lexapro, or Zoloft which have terrible side effects and take weeks to work. It seems to have started working for me after just a few days!In the past year I have given up alcohol, caffeine, and now nicotine, and SJW has helped transition into this new lifestyle without being miserably depressed. I’ve attempted quitting nicotine probably 20 times, but would not be able to deal with the severe depression. Now on this attempt (with the help of SJW) I am on day 3 of no nicotine and I honestly feel pretty good, which is extremely surprising… I mean seriously, the last time I tried to quit I was a WRECK - Every single inconvenience would make me angry and aggressive and throw my mind into a turbulent thunderstorm of emotions and I could not go on living. But now, I am chill as a pickle and taking the challenges in stride.Lastly, I will say that SJW is not a cure all, but it may help you greatly if you just need that extra kick to help you get over the hump of depression, anxiety, or even nicotine cravings. Be sure to mix this in with exercise, diet changes, therapy, self-help books, and socialization to become the best version of yourself! I often had periods of low mood and irritability and have taken St. John's Wort to help restore a more balanced mood. Healths is the better of the brands I've tried. I can absolutely tell a difference when I take it versus when I don't. I feel more positive, calm, level-headed, and feel more equipped to deal with life's everyday stressors. I've added this to my supplement rotation and have a subscription order to make sure I don't run out!

Headline is not an exaggeration. Been taking this since November, I'm on my 2nd bottle. I really wish I would have tried it years ago. I have to make sure to drink plenty of water to avoid headaches, and since I had such great results, I wanted to help some of my friends and my husband and so I gave them a couple weeks worth of capsules. Full disclosure, my friends didn't notice any benefit. But my husband is just as happy with this product as I am and we take it everyday! So, can't say it's a solution for everyone. Just trying not to be dishonest in any way, but definitely not trying to discourage either. It is ABSOLUTELY worth a try. I blew it off for years, thinking it would never work. Seriously, how wrong I was.... After the first couple days....I was ELATED. I felt pure bliss. Did I have any reason to be SO happy? No, not really. Was I on some artificially induced chemical high from this product? No, of course not. I just felt normal. Content. My mind was calm and at ease. I wasn't having any anxiety, wasn't depressed, OCD symptoms were reduced by about 95% to an all time low. For the first time since I could remember, I just felt regular. Like this must be what it's like for people with normal brains. And that peace just made me so elated. After a couple weeks, the high sort of wore off as "normal" became well, my new normal. And it's great. So long as I remember to take this, I'm having a great time. I feel like a new person with a new chance at life. I've had anxiety, depression, and OCD since I was a grade school aged child. I'm 26 now and I feel like "Wow, this is who I could have been if not for all the anxiety?" It was almost weird parting ways with it, because I had to learn who I was without anxiety hindering me. I'll never stop taking this. When I forget to take it a day or two, I notice my internal dialogue getting increasingly negative an I think to myself "Wow...this is how I always used to think?". I'm really loving getting to know myself all over again. For me, just one capsule a day is all it takes. I'm a 5 foot 6, 170 pound female. If I'm having a day with a lot of stressors, maybe I take two capsules. Seriously a life changer. I really hope whoever is reading this review had the same experience as me :D.

I took 3 pills a day for 7 weeks. It took 4 days until I felt anything. From day 4-7 I get a slight buzz from it. Weeks 2-4 it made my tinnitus twice as loud and it even gave me an anxiety attack which is crazy because I never have those. Weeks 5-7 it stopped working completely. Not once did I ever feel like my depression was better. Regardless, it did do something so I'm gonna give it 5 stars because usually nothing works on me.

Product itself is fantastic IF you are not on any prescription medication . The problem I had with it was that it interfered with all of my long term medications I have been on. It was a terrible 2 week but other than that no other issues. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this if you are on medication! goodluck :)
