Good SSD for a budget machine
Have another Fanxiang ripped from an old laptop so decided to give this brand a try since that one gets used for a few hours daily. This one has been used off and on for a while in a spare Wyse 5070. No issues. Probably not the fastest thing in the world but I care more about reliability than speed.

Great for upgrade or new builds. Easy to install, detects right away
This M2 drive is not bad if you want to upgrade to m2 sata. That being said, I will say is to make sure you motherboard supports m2 sata and newer motherboards do not work with this. For 250 gb, it is a relatively cheap price so you can upgrade without breaking the bank. I will say about this is that it does give a speed up boost over even a solid state drive of this price. If you are using this instead of a disk drive, you will definitely see the difference. It performs pretty well but not as well as higher name brand SSD. I honestly cannot really tell much difference visually but the speed tests showed it did not perform as fast as other drives. I will say it works for a good boot up drive and was able to boot up in a short amount of time. Due to the smaller space, it does not have much storage space for a ton of stuff (considering window sizes nowadays) but it works for running my operating system and a few applications. It is a good drive to have if you are planning to replace a a dying drive. I would say for building new computers but many newers PC do not support m2 sata drives in their slot. Regardless, it has been pretty reliable so far. This drive is still pretty fast. Because this is for an older PC, I actually just opted to only use this for my operating system and some other programs. I store my game on another drive. Unlike many M2 sata drives, this device does come with the screw to screw it down into a motherboard. The temperature on this thing can get pretty warm on full use but nothing that is dangerous level. You could attach a heat sink to this if you want but it is not required. Also make sure you have proper air flow throughout your computer. I would say if you planning to have this device in an enclosure however that you make sure a heat sink on it to distribute the heat evenly and keep the drive cool. This device is pretty much plug and use although you will need to initialize and partition the drive. If you are cloning the drive, make sure you change the default on your bios to read the m2 drive once the cloning is complete. The boot up speed can be between eight to ten seconds to boot up but it can vary. You can easily access file in a quicker speed and boot up (depending on if you install programs) is pretty quick. I store a few games on this drive and it is very quick speeds. It is pretty much instant boot up rather than that slight lag you get when loading from a disk drive. I did a speed test on the drive and it did pretty well. It did not out perform other m2 drives but it does the job. It is definitely something I can use on my mini itx build. Overall I think this is a decent M2 solid state drive. The performance difference between this and other M2 drives is too different but it does under perform compared to many name brands. It does have a smaller memory so it may really only hold the OS and some programs.

Basic SSD with reasonable speed
This is definitely not your high end SSD drive, but does the job just fine for installing an OS on a work laptop for instance. It has reasonable speed, and so far don't appears to have faulty sectors. Time will tell though.A small Philips screwdriver was also included with the drive, which makes the installation much quicker, instead of having to go look for my own tools. Also, keep in mind that this drive is a M2 NVMe with the two slots on the connector side (see photos), and will not be compatible with all NVMe/PCIe ports.

You're buying a SATA III M.2 SSD. NOT an NVME M.2 Drive
This drive is overall one of the best I've ever owned since it's the fastest I've ever owned. I just have to put this out there that this drive is NOT NVME. You WON'T be getting speeds as fast as an NVME drive. This drive is in fact a SATA III M.2. The reason I'm putting this is because I've seen people mistake these two drives easily even when it's in the product name. This drive takes full advantage of SATA III speeds and no more. If you were looking for speeds higher than that then you're out of luck. That's the only real limitation is that it uses a SATA III connection instead of NVME. You'll need to pay more for an NVME drive but if you were looking for a fast, easy to install, and massive storage, this is indeed the one for you.

It's hard to properly rate an SSD based on early results, but so far, so good!
This is the second time I've bought an SSD of this brand. (the first was an MSATA, this is an M.2 2230 NVMe). I'm not running performance tests, or tweaking my hardware for every last bit of speed. Ultimately, my judgement of this product will (hopefully) be many years from now, based on how it fails... if it ever does. That said, I've been using these as the main drives in two laptops, and have no regrets. If they continue to plug along without issue, I should hope they gain recognition as a company making a good product at a great price point.

Wahrscheinlich sehr gut
Konnte es in meinen Medion Notebook nicht nutzen. Medion hat keinen Steckplatz verbaut. Auf der Platine ist nichts an der Stelle verlötet.
