Arrived in just a cardboard box with a bit of cellophane around part of it. There was a code label on the top of the jar which was very dirty indeed, and left unremovable glue on the lid! I now wish I had returned it, but can't as I had already taken off the cellophane. The manufacturer really needs to sort out some decent packaging for this expensive item. My skin dries out much quicker in the winter and if it's exposed for long periods of time (hands) my skin can crack and become sore. I doubt this will happen over the next few months using this cream. It's not a large pot so twice a week or so I will add 3-4 pumps of Fractionated Coconut Oil and massage it in before I go to bed.
