Great pump, used to transfer water from a 55gal drum into an RV and other applications. Worked great, very quiet, moves water very quickly.

"I purchased this pump after my old Berkeley pump, which I had for 30 years, finally needed replacing. I use it to water my garden and came across this one at a much lower price than my previous pump. I decided to give it a try, and I do not regret it at all! It pumps efficiently from about 130 feet away with great pressure. I highly recommend it!"

I have water tanks on my property just in case I have a fire. This will push water with great pressure and volume through 200 feet of three-quarter inch hose. If youโre going to do the same, I would highly recommend moving to 250 feet of 1 inch hose. An elevation of 15 feet at 175 feet still gives you good pressure and volume. An elevation of 30 feet you lose pressure and volume, but it will get the job done. I would also say if you get the standalone pump and hook it up to a large pressure tank that this would work very well for boosting the pressure of a standard house. Have your well pump feed into a large storage tank you keep in the basement and from the large storage tank, go to this pump and from the pump to the tap.
