Review: Expensive but it’s the same everywhere - There are so many elf on the shelf around now that you don’t have to pay this price, but I wanted to get the original and I’m pleased I did. I wasn’t fussed about the book as we won’t be doing ‘the elf is watching’, I just wanted the elf but you can’t buy them separately which is frustrating. The elf itself is great, doesn’t look creepy which I thought it might with the plastic face!

Perfect, book included made it feel much more special. You got to name your elf and fill it in with the date and time of the new arrival. Definitely worth the extra money imo. 💰
