HORRIBLE taste but great results
The powder, as is, tastes horrible. Mixing it in a shot of milk helps to get it swallowed. I've tried it in water and various liquids. Milk masked the taste the best. I went with the powder for fastest absorption.I suffer from debilitating leg cramps that prevent me from being able to walk. This powder works very quickly and stops the cramps within minutes. If you don't need the fast absorption the I suggest you buy this in capsule form to avoid the taste.
