When I put my hand in I was severely electrocuted and my entire tank inhabitants died that night.Called up got a refund, something got escalated but nothing happened.Today I come and see my new tank inhabitants with my nice new Maroon Clownfish are dead.£100's of points worth of livestock dead now.Spoken with Amazon again and going to escalate again.
