They taste great
When I first got these suckers I tried them myself because I wanted to see if they work because I always have trouble sleeping. I was surprised that they actually taste really good and I did end up eating the whole thing. I did at first seem to start feeling a little sleepy and drowsy like but that disappeared within the next hour so not really sure if they work or not lol. I know everyone is different so it may help someone better but as far as the taste they taste like regular suckers lol.

Not with it
I would rather use a small dose of melatonin. These did nothing to help with sleep. The flavors are good though. Kids love the taste.

Didn't Use
I got these originally for the few times my son has a hard time sleeping I did not think that it was a problem. When I got them, his father made it a point that because of lollipops he might think its candy try to sneak one and that it was not a good idea for them to be around. I have to agree I was going to use it first just to make sure they were safe, but we have hide them in the medicine cabinet where he doesn't know where they are. I think having medicine is a double-edged sword while it will get the child to take it they might think that it is candy and potentially get into it (we all know 3-year-old or children when they have their mind set on something they are going to do it)
