Best stove for what I do!!!!
This is now my third Camp Chef three burner stove. I keep two in rotation because I often cook for large numbers of people at a time. I have cooked hundreds of meals on each. I have finally had to retire my original one due to the entire bottom rusting out, but I have had it for many years in adverse conditions. It does not owe me one dime! I use these stoves tailgating, cooking for large numbers of people at home, camping, canoeing (I have a large 21' canoe), guiding and a number of other locations. They are sturdy (I prefer the ones with the legs attached like the PRO90X) and they travel well. They are heavy, so be prepared for that. Along with the two or three burner flat-top griddle, it does every job that a Blackstone can do with more versatility due to the burners as well. I would not go without one at this point.

Great Cooking System.
I really like the modular options available with this portable, propane cook top. I plan to add a grill box to expand options. Well packaged, fast delivery.

I've used this a few times now during a camping trip - this is an awesome stove, I also purchased the griddle to put on top of the 3 burners. Heats up quickly - works great. Nice way to cook a large amount of food in a short period of time.

Sturdy best ever camp fire
Bought as a gift for my bro in law who loves to cook curries but my sis wont let him cook in house coz of the smell. She agreed to this in the yard. He says its the best thi g he ever cooked on. Sturdy quality perfect size and looks great. Had numerous compliments. Very happy with this.

Not quite perfect
Stove is awesome! You will NEVER run out of BTU. You actually only ever use its full capability if you boil a large stock pot. Griddles never get turned up past 30 to 40%. Downsides: griddle (pretty much everything) is super heavy, but for good reason and you should know what you're getting into. The covers are not a great fit - they seem to be designed and manufactured to fit different models. Grease catcher is disappointing. I spend $600 on a griddle and grill combo and have to use tin cans on metal hangers to catch grease? (Come on, Camp Chef!) Griddles do not stay flat on the metal grate. So if you want to grill or griddle while also boiling a large stock pot, the griddle might be a little wobbly. I will be cutting or making my grate to use for each side independently. Side tables (fold open covers) are pretty flimsy; they are only rated for like 10 lbs. wind shield is also flimsy and cheap feeling. All in all, I am happy with the purchase and recommend to those who NEED the versatility or compact folding qualities, but I feel like it's slightly overpriced for the lack of durability and the loose-fitting components (griddle can slide around at least a half inch or fall off the grate).

Serious Stove
I was looking for a flat top grill and came across the specs on this Camp Chef. I bought it and have used it several times already. I highly recommend it. The BTU output is amazing. 30K per burner. Two of the burners are staggered to the left side so a double 24" flat top griddle can fit over it. The other burner is perfect for anything else like deep frying or boiling etc. ONE COMPLAINT. The hose for the propane tank is really short! And it comes off of front of the unit rather than the back. HUH?? BAD design. Remarkable given all of the other pluses.

Caught fire and Camp Chef customer service is worthless
I had such high hopes for this grill, and was let down in so many ways. When I first set this up I noticed that the left shelf would not lay flat, it is angled upwards and anything you place on it slides towards the inside. I thought there must be some sort of way to adjust this, but there was not, it was simply very poor craftsmanship. My second issue is the fact that it is impossible to regulate the temp one this grill. With the knob on low I would get a griddle surface temp of around 200 deg, move the knob a fraction of an inch and the temp jumps up to 500+ deg. I spent more time trying to adjust the temp than I did cooking. I finally got tired of messing with this thing and went out and purchased a small one burner Blackstone. This grill works absolutely amazing! It is easy to regulate temps using the full range of the knob, not just a few centimeters. We had family over a few weeks ago and I decided to make Fajitas, since I was going to be cooking a larger meal I decided to give my Camp Chef another try simply due to the larger griddle size. I had finished cooking all of the meats and veggies and was working on browning the tortillas when my Son advised me that the grill was on fire. I looked down and noticed flames coming out around the center knob, I turned off the propane and got the fire put out. Grease was not an issue, the area under the grill and around the knob was clean. I later tested for propane leaks and did not find any, the center knob will no longer turn and the igniter wire is burnt to a crisp. I reached out to Camp Chef and after several emails they advised me to clean out the burners and the manifold, even after I had told them that had already been done and that the center knob will not even turn past the igniter.Bottom line is, Blackstone makes a higher quality grill for a lot less money. I would highly advise against purchasing this model.

Easy to regulate burners
We just ordered our second one so that we can do more canning at one time. One Important Thing when canning is to be able to keep the flame consistent and This One has been Awesome!!!
