I am a very slow healer due to diabetes,my home health nurse suggested Ensure to aid with my healing from surgery,and I started taking it every day.I am now almost completely healed,when for a long time I was making very little if any progress,the only thing I am doing different is taking Ensure.I used to take the pre-mixed liquid,but the powder has the same ingriedents in it,so if you have more time than money,I would suggest the powder,that's what I use now.

I'm not sure what to say about this item. I'll begin with, I believe the product accomplishes what it's intended to do. My disap-pointment came about when I realized the manufacturer said to "use one full cup" of the powdered product "Ensure."Realizing how much a "can" COST and the AMOUNT Included, the customer isn't getting much for their dollar. Yes, we receiveseveral cans of the ingredients BUT, nevertheless, this is very costly and unless you're wealthy and/or a devotee of Ensure,you will not be a returning customer.Carnation Breakfast Morning Essentials contain the same nutrients and their equivalents, but Carnation's price is more inline withthe average person's wallet. I love the ensure powder. It makes a delicious drink and it is really good for you. I feel i am getting a drink that is good for you. I told a couple of my friends and they bought it and they love the powder drink also.
