(TM Reusable Shopping Trolley £1 or 1 Euro Coin Token Holder Keyring (Without £1 token)

As someone that's totally cashless (Apple Pay on Apple Watch/iPhone), i rarely carry, interact with or even see cash / coins these days, but i always end-up stuck when I go shopping and need a cart, or when i'm at a gym and need a locker. These are the ideal solution: Stick em on your keyring, slip a pound in, and forget about them. You'll thank yourself later when you need a spare quid. Despite the image showing an old-style pound coin, these take the new pound coins. They are actually quite well-made; heavy, solid and stainless steel, so they WILL last. and won't discolour or rust. It holds the pound coin VERY WELL. The coin is NOT falling out unless you physically take it out of the holder. Simple to take out, simple to slip back in. Bought this in November 2023 and it's still working perfectly fine today (June 2025) - so i can vouch - they do last. Bought another for Mum. No more need for her fussing and fiddling around her purse/handbag. A bit dear, but highly recommended. PRO-TIP: A quick note. This might seem a tad expensive. If you look around you might find cheaper ones out there that might look the same, but the quality is probably not going to be the same, sturdy, stainless steel heavy build, which may fall apart in 2 or 3 months. So it Might be a false economy if you're penny-pinching on something like this. Like they say: You gets what you pays for.

Works as you'd expect, not too big and fits on keys and good value for money. Easy to get token in and out of holder, but be careful - token provided does not work as well as a pound coin and can sometimes get stuck in trolleys without a bit of force to remove, but this holder can also hold standard one pound coins if you don't want to use the token

Practical and nice as a gift.

My Mum often struggles to find a £ coin for the shopping cart. No more problems. Looks very nice on her car keys and is well made.

I brought this to have on my gym bag as the gym uses £1 coins for the lockers. It's actually a great addition to the keyring. To me, it feels sturdy and took the new £1 coin without issue. Only time will tell if it's rugged enough to survive day to day routines but so far so good. Delivery was also good as it was in a small envelope, with no excessive packaging.

Finally, a piece of cheap tat that actually works and is worth every penny. No more chasing the supermarket trolley collector to ask him to release a trolley as I have no change.

A good quality product and works smoothly with the inserting and removing the £1 coin. It's heavier and more solid than I thought it would be but I guess this will aid the durability of long term usage. At £4 I think it is pricey would have thought £2 was more reasonable but can't really complain as it does not break the bank. Early days on usage but so far so good.

Le support est bien mais le jeton ne rentre pas dans un caddie (auchan leclerc), j'ai cependant pu mettre un simple jeton en metal qui lui fonctionne dans les caddie dessus donc bon l'achat n'aura pas été vain mais bon le jeton fourni est inutile.
