Top of the line products
Easy to take, you can mix with everything liquid. Taste not bad. It's healthier than taking a pill, doesn't upset the stomach. It's effectiveness hasn't worked for me personally as far as helping to keep iron levels normal, so while it's a great product and works for some, it just depends on the person I think. But I love Mary Ruth products they are great, and my daughter swears by them.

My kids take this pretty much daily and they don't really get sick. I would say this works in keeping them healthy

The taste not the best but it doesn’t bother me. I would buy again but storing it is an issue if you travel etc.

Honestly I just can’t get over how badly this tastes. It taste like a sickly sweet children’s remedy. However, I have noticed a great improvement in my overall health and energy levels!

Arrived tasting and smelling off
Arrived smelling and tasting off like it had been stored in the heat or something. I've tried the other flavors and they didn't come like this. I think it went bad.
