When exposed and absorbing moisture, the orange beads will change into a green colour to identify that moisture is present. The Silica is reusable and can be reactivated multiple times and reversed back to the Orange coloured beads by placing the beads on a non-food use oven tray and baking them between 100 degrees C and 120 degrees C for 2 hours. alternatively Silica gel beads can also be reactivated in a microwave heating in bursts of a few minutes and stiring regularly WARNING.
