LANUCN Fire Rope After the stove is used for a long time, the sealing strip of the stove door will have the problem of smoke leakage more or less. Here's our solution for that, quick and easy. Features: Upgrade craftsmanship, no smoke leak. Self stick, easy to use. 600℃ extreme durable. Long time service. Application scope: Almost all of the smoker and oven can use it, like stove, ovens, fireplaces, grills, smokers, smoke pipes, chimney and so on. Instructions: 1.Clean and dry the surface. 2.Peel off the protective film. 3.Stick it on, cure for 12 hours. 4.That’s done! Important Tips: 1. Direct fire temperature is much higher than 600°C, so don't let it directly touch fire or be the place over 600°C. 2. When used on a vertical facade, a component for fixing the sealing rope is required, otherwise additional fire rope adhesive needs to be added for reinforcement.

Tried this, it's easy to use, just cut to size and press in place. Unlike others I had no problem removing the backing tape. Has been in position for a few days with no problem.

Tried this, it's easy to use, just cut to size and press in place. Unlike others I had no problem removing the backing tape. Has been in position for a few days with no problem.

It did job replacing gasket on ceramic grill. Adhesive tape was totally joke it peeled off together with protective tape. Fortunately I read some comments and bought additional adhesive. As well unclear how to prevent rope ends from fraying. On other hand it was not expensive and it did job.
