Yes, perilla oil is very expensive, but I was told of the healthy benefits by Dr Steven Gundry on Youtube. After taking a forth of a cup of this oil everyday the last 2 months I can feel a lot more mental clarity and nerve health.

It’s so light and fresh tasting. I use it for everything from cooking eggs to salad dressing!

One of the best oils I've used to cook with. Light, burns good and less oily but a little pricey. Worth it.

This is not a quality product and doesn't taste like Perilla Oil.

I’ve been using this raw oil for years on rice to get my kids extra omega 3 fat. Raw perilla oil is tasteless. The roasted kind has flavor. Raw preserves the omega 3. This is great oil that my son asks for. No flavor. Just fat. I eat it too, but not as much because i can eat other things that kids wont, like expensive cod liver oil or fish oil horse-pills.
