The design of these heel grips is genius, as you stand on some of it they just don't move, absolutely perfect. Would definitely buy again if needed. Have worn a few times and they don't look any different, no signs of wear at all.

These shoe pads very helpful. They are a lifesaver. I can safely say that I’ll definitely recommend this product to anyone who struggle to wear heels. It provides arch support if that’s something that you struggle with. If your feet are easily bruised you can also place them in different areas of your heels or shoes and it makes them a lot more comfortable.

I've got one pair of sandles that have to cushioning and these help add a little bit to it. Another pair of sandles rub and these have helped reduce that. The stickiness isn't great but I think that's because they're meant to be swapped between shoes. I used gorilla glue to hold them in and it works fine

These insoles came in a variety of shapes. The glue/stickiness was very good and firm. The insoles provided good cushioning and I was able to customise each side to suit me perfectly! I would definitely recommend them!

The variety of shapes and sizes is great. New shoes or more worn ones that change comfortable wear can all be eased with these. Really good value. My sister had a pair of good quality expensive shoes and they rubbed at the heel even after being worn in. I gave her these and they resolved it completely.
