Product design- 4/5 Ease of use - 5/5 Sound quality - 5/5 Signal quality- 5/5 No signal drops. Recommended- the pack contains occlusive ear phones (2). I ordered a ergonomic earbud seperately and used with this for my last 2 stage performances. Worked very well. Highly recommended.
