Works great, sturdy, 4k 60FPS, has all the connections I need
This is a great dock for my Steam Deck.I am able to get 4k at 60Hz on my TV by using this dock. It also allows me to connect my keyboard and mouse. I also have ethernet connected for wired internet through this dock. And also one more USB where I plug in a flash drive and it works to transfer files to the steam deck.In addition, you can put an M.2 NVME drive in here, a standard one you normally use on desktop or laptop computers and when you put the steam deck on here connected, it expands the storage so you can hold many more games an programs this way. I connected a 2TB drive and it works. The cable to the steam deck USB-C port is sturdy and long enough, seems durable after 1.5 months of use. The dock holds my device sturdy, it cannot fall over even with bumps to the table. The dock charges my device while connected as well, but you need to buy a power adapter as it does not come with one. Buy a 65W or 100W power adapter and you will be all set. This dock does pretty much everything you will ever need and works well. I recommend it for steam deck users.

Best Steam Deck/Handheld Dock choice on the market
This creates a perfect desktop environment for your SD in every way. You can connect a monitor to it, play with mouse and keyboard, and even install a FULL SIZE NVME or SATA SSD. It is a little tricky to get the SD to recognize the SSD and you need to format it and allocate it and get permissions for Steam to use it. The Steam deck is capable as a Linux system of doing all this quite easily though, so single device set up is a bonus too. No laptop/desktop required to PC game any more, welcome to the world of Switch copies. If only Nvidia would make another chip, we really need to see a Tegra X3. I feel like if Nvidia OWNED ARM they could make it the best mobile gaming chip out by FAR. Tegra 3 I remember back in the day was amazing on Android. But, anyways, the dock is all aluminum and steel, the port for the SSD locks nice and geometrically. The bottom of the SD rest has rubber so nothing gets scratched. I am quite pleased with this unit. I wish it came with its own power supply but it is part of its function to use the required amount of power from the device's PSU. I also think out of all the units out there, this one has the best combination of ports and features. USB C power, USB2.0, USB3.1x2, HDMI 2.0, the SSD cage slot, and gigabit ethernet which is amazing. This is the same cheaper listing of the JSAUX brand dock with NVME. That is what was originally purchased but I was given this review link, so they are calling the item this now.

Wasn't new. I ordered new.
Ordered this dock expecting a new dock. Got a used one that is very scratched and the cord is kinked. Hopefully it works. But very disappointed.

Just one day…
I used it for the first time last night. It was really easy to set up.It was literally plug and play.Charging:I plugged my 100w Anker 736 Charger and 100w Anker Powerline III cable as its power source using the usb c 1 port, and it charged my steam deck to 100%. I started playing with my steam deck at 40% and after 3 hours of playing, it was at 100%.I’ve read reviews saying it doesn’t charge right. But i think they didn’t read instructions properly and used a low wattage charger. This deck requires a 65w minimum charger, so if you use a 20w charger, that’s not gonna fly.Connectivity:I plugged my HDMI cable in it and connected my tv, and everything was crystal clear.I also plugged 2 bluetooth dongles for my 2 steam controllers, and I didn’t notice any issues at all.Fit:My steamdeck couldn’t fit properly with its protective cover on, so I had to take it off so my steam deck could stand properly. The usb c cable from the dock couldn’t insert properly in the deck with the protective cover on either, so all the more reason why I had to remove my protective cover off.The 2 Tb NVMe M2 SSD I ordered hasn’t arrived yet, so I don’t have a review for that as of now.But I will update this review once I do.Also, when I’ve used this for quite some time, I’ll update my opinions of this deck if I need to.Nevertheless, I’m glad I ordered this last Amazon Prime Day. I personally think I’m more assured of the quality, compared to the other, very similar, yet unbranded ones available here in Amazon too; and it’s cheaper than the JSaux M2 Dock.
