These capsules are really easy to swallow they're not huge. There is no taste, and you can take them anytime of day. I really didn't notice any difference, maybe a little more regular in the bathroom so that would be better gut health but I can't say that it has a lot of health benefits that I've noticed. I have used the whole bottle. It's a good value if it does help you.

I've been a happy consumer of Intestinal Fortitude products for awhile now, which have helped me manage celiac disease complicated by other autoimmune issues. I was really disappointed when their discontinued their old probiotic a few months ago, but this new version is even better. When taken in combination with the prebiotic and other IF products, my inflammatory markers are next to nothing. Thank you Intestinal Fortitude!
