Okay, for those complaining about the bottle brush... are you really buying these for the brush? Don't we all know that this is just a throw in? The bottles are great. What you see is what you get! The glass is hefty enough to withstand an occasional bump & bang on the naked glass, which I've already done a few times and 1 pretty darn good time with the sleeve on. The sleeves are an added bonus. As color coding helps everyone know which bottle is theirs or helps you keep track of water drank or wash needs, not to mention it helps protect the bottle and helps prevent rings or sweat from happening. I was using my Voss glass bottles, but the large 27 oz one it too tall and awkward and the smaller 12 oz just needed to hold a little more. These water bottles are just right! If you drink your liquids slowly then this size allows you to get through most of it while still somewhat cool (it hasn't been hot yet) and if you are a good drinker than this should be a great size for you so you don't have to keep getting up to get another bottle or refill. None of my lids leak. They are easy to grab & transport, especially with the sleeve on. I usually grab by the whole bottle, the sleeve provides a nice grip. I haven't needed to use the tab and usually tuck that in the sleeve, as it always seems to brush my face when drinking, but I'm a klutz. I imagine the tab would be great for clipping on a backpack. They are snug fitting, so I wouldn't be afraid of the bottles slipping out. I am very glad that I made the purchase. They do everything that I want/expected from them. I would repurchase. BTW... the mouth is wide enough that my ice cube makers cubes fit in. Multiple bottle brush types fit with ease. I have run these through the dishwasher, but suggest doing by hand. Maybe it is just my dishwasher, but the few times that I have put them in I got a soap taste. Other than that I cannot think of a negative. Fair price for a great product.

These bottles are well-made, and the stainless steel caps seal tightly. The colorful sleeves protect the glass and make them easier to grip. Perfect for juice, smoothies, or water and they store nicely in the fridge. Great value for a 6-pack.

I almost did not get these because of some bad reviews. Glad I went ahead and took the chance. I LOVE these bottles. They are very durable. The glass is not completely smooth, but it is not defective. Very tough. It also adds character to the bottles. You can kind of see what I am talking about in the picture. You don't see this when the sleeve is over it and the sleeves also add protection too. They're easy to clean with the cleaning wand. For soda drinkers, they work well for carbonated drinks. I drink Dr. Pepper from them and they don't leak or spew when I open them. Will definitely buy more! Can't say enough about them!

Pros: - I accidentally dropped 2 of these bottles down a flight of hardwood stairs, and they did not break or chip. (I’ve included a picture of the stairs so you can see how wild it is that they survived. They wear not wearing the sleeves at the time that they fell. ) - They work just like any glass bottle of its kind. I personally only use them for cold and room temp Liquids. - the price point is great. - came with 6 glass bottles , 6 sleeves, and 7 caps. - the sleeves are nice, well made, and have lovely colors. :Cons: - the silicon sealing rings/ gaskets are old/yellowed , especially compared to the gasket i had from an older bottle of a different brand. You can see the color difference in the picture i took. - The gaskets also take on the smell of the contents inside the bottle. While this can occur with silicon rings, my older bottles from a different brand don’t really have this problem (at least not to this extent). I think the ones used for these bottles are either old (have been sitting on a stock shelf for a long time), and/or are a lower quality silicon. i have to drink pedialyte and electrolyte drinks, and whatever flavor is in the bottle is what the ring smells like, no matter how well i clean it. You cannot soak the rings in soapy for a long time or else it will make the ring taste/smell like soap. So I’m making sure to only use a few of the bottles/caps for my electrolyte drinks, and keeping those separate from the plain water caps so that i don’t mix them up. I find it off putting when I go to drink plain water and all I can smell is fruit. It’s not that they smell bad, i just can’t stand it when my water containers have any type of smell. ::Maintenance:: - To take the gaskets out of the caps and to clean the caps, I use a tiny bottle brush meant to clean reusable straws. You can also use a small flat head screw drive (like the kind you use for repairing wye glasses), or something of a similar shape. - I slightly bent the end of the brush to make a looped hook, which i use to pry the silicon ring out. - i bent the head of the brush into an angled hook, and use it to clean inside the cap. ***You must take the gaskets out of the caps in order to properly clean everything, or else mold will grow beneath them. (This goes for any type of bottle that has silicon rings). *** - Always make sure the cap and gasket/ring are completely dry before putting them back into the cap (or else mold can grow) ***You should do this for any bottles, coffee thermoses, and anything else that has silicon rings/gaskets. I learned this the hard way and was horrified when i saw what was growing in the cap to my coffee thermos. The dishwasher doesn’t do anything for these semi-sealed areas of caps/covers *** - i clean the glass bottles with soap and a bottle brush, and then i usually put them into the dishwasher so that they can be sanitized. **i do not put the caps into the dishwasher** I originally was going to give these 3 stars due to the silicon rings, but since these bottles can take a beating, i’m giving them 4 stars.

I think I finally found the perfect solution for our chaotic water bottle system. We're home most of the time, so we weren't looking for one huge water bottle. This size is just right. The glass is similar to the glass used in some older kombucha bottles that I used to use. It's very sturdy. The lids do look like the metal part could separate form the plastic if you use too much force. Just don't over-tighten and they should be fine. I love the different colored sleeves; it makes it easier to keep track of them. I also much prefer these sleeves over silicone. . Silicone is hard to remove without tearing and if you leave it on the bottle while washing, it gets wet underneath and slime starts forming. At least that has been my experience. These neoprene sleeves slip on and off easily. They're comfortable to grip and prevent water rings on your furniture. The only thing I didn't like was the sponge cleaning brush. It fell apart after a few uses. I replaced it with a small silicone bottle brush which is working out perfectly. I got these because of the size, the neoprene sleeves and the price. I'm happy with my choice.

I am so pleased with these bottles! They are a great size; the caps have a gasket and are designed so there is no leaking; the sleeve is very handy, helps keep the water cold and has a carry loop; and they are glass! In addition to all this perfection, they come with a sponge to clean them, and an extra cap which is fabulous to have. I struggle to remember to hydrate and these bottles make it very easy to remember how much (how many) I have consumed in a day, and to conveniently carry water (juice, cold tea, whatever...) around with me. I am finally drinking enough! Delighted with them!

En casa los uso sin fundas, pero igual las fundas son buenas, la botella es muy cómoda, satisfactoria, yo les recomiendo que se sirvan agua y la dejen en su jardín, al día siguiente amanece súper fresca, una vez se me cayó de la mesa una botella y tuve la suerte de que mi botella no se rompiera, son de muy buena calidad, me encantan, no puedo vivir sin ellas, pediré más…

I bought to store home made juice and smoothies. Perfect and ideal for the purpose. They don’t leak, look and feel quality. Very happy with them. I’ve used constantly for months now and still as good. No problems cleaning either
