Good stuff as we age!
My joints are still pretty healthy at 60 (male) and I’ve been using this product for years. I occasionally run out out and my knees definitely notice. Add in some resistance training, just light work, plus this product and I am 95% pain free. Highly recommend.

As a hard training martial artist for many decades, I am quite happy that I found this. I have some knee issues, not surprisingly after training for so many years, and this has gone a long way toward minimizing the pain and allowing me to train. Highly recommended

Everybody waits till there in pain, dont
Sometimes there a little big to swallow. However. Ran out stopped for couple months then snuggled and hurt lots. Started again much easier to move again. Do the test yourself takes months but life is better with tan without. Wonder had I started before may have bought me more happiness and mobility.
