What size is needed for an adult knee

I wouuld just measure around your knee and see if you can find the closest size match. I purchased the flex gel for my ankle and it covered from side to side over top of foot. Hope this helps.

Only if you prefer them. I like to be able to wipe off the packs and use paper towels
