Practical little steamer/travel iron that comes in its own storage bag, a jug and a brush. Designed to be used on the go, it is not limited to travel or just clothes. The design means you can sanitise hard surfaces as well as remove those wrinkles from your curtains. It has wndows to see water content and a light that goes from red to green when it's ready to use. While not fast to use as a fullsize iron or as powerful as a household steam cleaner this does do an effective job. Just wish it was cordless.

The steamer is effective and efficient but only has only one output rate of steam. It is sufficient. Although it can also be used as an iron, this is probably more beneficial for touch ups to specific areas or lightly creased items. The ironing plate is small and as such it will take longer than a standard sized steam iron to iron each item of clothing. It depends how creased they are and how much time the user wishes to invest. But this also applies to the steam only function too.The water tank is built in to this steamer and two windows on either side allow the user to see how much water is within the tank. Although the windows do not have a measurement scale. A rubber stopper is removed and the supplied jug is used to fill it with water.The steamer is definitely fast at heating up and becoming ready for use. It is lightweight and simple to use. There is a sliding on/off switch which seems fairly sturdy and a button which lights up. The button flashes red when the steamer is heating the water and goes to a solid red when it is ready for use. When pressed for steaming it turns green.I think this steamer is more compact and convenient to take when travelling than another I recently used.The mains cord can be kept neat and tidy via the hook and loop cable tie.The supplied storage bag and brush are useful too.An additional benefit is being able to use the steam from the steamer to sanitise surfaces. This can be handy and useful at home or when away travelling.Do be aware it does still spit out some occasional steam even after a while of it being turned off and the remains of the water tank has been emptied.

This compact steamer works well on non-iron shirts but is less effective on cotton t-shirts and similar.The steamer heats up quickly and starts generating steam in less than a couple of minutes. The face plate takes a little longer to get to full temperature but not much more. It can easily and uickly remove wrinkles from my non-iron work shirts and is much quicker than using an iron. It doesn't do quite as good a job but it is more than good enough for everyday work wear. I did find that to get good results you have to hang the shirt from a hanger and pull on the bottom of the shirt as you steam it. Some wet patches are left after steaming and these dry quickly enough not to be a problem.The steamer appears to be well made and comes with lots of convenient features. The steamer has an on/off toggle switch and a start/stop button for steam so you can keep it hot without wasting steam if switching item etc. It has an led indicator so you can easily see when it is hot enough for use. It has a clear plastic piece on the side so the water level is easy to see. The cable is long enough and has a velcro tie attached to keep the cable tidy when not in use and the steamer comes with a small lint removing brush, a small beaker to fill the water reservoir easily and a small travel bag.At £35 at time of review this is a competitive price for a lesser known brand and considering all the well thought out features seems like good value. Would recommend.

There's nothing more annoying to my other half than unpacking a case to find that my shirts and her tops have become creased during travel, she takes such care in packing these things that i'm surprised they actually succeed in getting creased at all, however she notices the slightest creases in anything so i grabbed this to help out.Product arrives in a branded box, suitable for gifting and easily wrapped, box contains the steamer with attached three pin power plug, a small beaker for water, a small brush for hair removal, carrying bag and instruction booklet.Fill the tank with water, switch on, wait 25 seconds for preheating, use the steamer. Its a simple to use tool and handier than an iron for travelling, as you can steam garments whilst still hanging or zip over them on any flat surface without steam.This item is best utilised as a transporting crease remover, for those occasions where you carefully pack your items, but despite your best efforts, then discover that there's a few creases or wrinkles occurred during transport. For this task it's great, but it won't replace a decent steam iron for very badly creased clothing.Recommended
