There were some negative reviews of these but personally I think they are worth the money.I didn’t want big thick heap protectors so these are perfect.The plastic heal inserts were starting to rub on my very loved trainers so a £7 punt on these was definitely worth it.The material is strong almost duck tape like and very sticky. There is a very simple set of instructions so easy to put on.It does say to leave for a period of time before wearing the shoes again and this is very important, I know a bit about the type of adhesive used and you don’t get a full bond on application so be patient and wait it out.I was concerned with them being thin that the plastic insert would still rub but no absolutely feel great on.I would probably buy another set if a when these wear out.It’s a thugs up from me.

Did the job. Better than the thick suede types. Much thinner and stick well. I followed advice from a previous review and stuffed the heel area with paper to press against them after applying. Left them like that for a couple of days before trying them out. Far more expensive than other versions available but we'll worth it I think.

Peeled out within a week of wearing them attached to brand new DC Trainers. Left the glue to go off for 3 days, they where correctly installed but they didn't last. Avoid.

The angle of the back of the trainers means that the sticker overlaps into the inner sole which is difficult to avoid. Glue is good. Had to remove and re stick each one so will see how they last. Maybe review again.

It was great I recently bought £110 Nike trainers as we know they have deliberately made them more breakable the was a massive hole in the back of my trainers which led to rubbing and a cut to my ankle and I couldn’t walk in them, only a few months old it was clear they’d have to go in the bin as I couldn’t wear them even though the actual trainers where in very good condition still, if it hadn’t have been for this patch what has held on the inside trainer very well the last 3 weeks with no issues, “ I just saved myself 110 bucks” excellent product saved my trainers saved me £110, just make sure to let it sit over night the very least before wearing them to get a good bond, I left them longer it’s recommended 24 hours but I left them 10 hours and they r fine. Managed to patch a heel up on some worn trainers. Not sure how long they'll last, but ill probably just buy them again.

I tried different cheap brands and they don't work.These ones stick and they won't come out.Good quality and fit
