Great hack. Occlusion cuff at 1/10th the cost
Occlusion training on the cheap. No pain. Gage is for fine tuning. I stay around 30mm Hg, no more and so very temporary. Taking aspirin to block clotting. Light exertions. No more, "Hey Coach, Is this tourniquet supposed to hurt?

Sending back.
Got this to practice as I am an EMT student and it’s really solid. I’ll see how long it lasts but I’m probably going to throw it into my personal go bag for my car once I start working. Definitely good enough to hold onto even after my training is done. Stitching seems sturdy. Pump and dial work well and is easy to read. I’ll update if anything changes but seems like a good buy! Glad I didn’t just get a cheapo from CVS. I wanted to practice on something decent to learn better.Edit: so. Hasn’t even been a month and I’ve really noticed that the accuracy has dropped a lot to the point it’s hindering my learning and getting better at this skill. It isn’t maintaining enough pressure making it a lot harder to hear and the twist dial gets super stuck occasionally which isn’t good. Will be returning to find something to last longer.

Manual cuff so easy to use
I am an old timer and there are somethings I am use to and that is a manual blood pressure cuff. This unit is small and compact but does have enough length and girth capability to read some one who may need a bigger cuff. I recommend this unit.

Great for a children’s dr bag
My daughter wants to be a veterinarian so I made her a vet bag for her stuffed animals and she loves it. It’s small enough for her to use on her plush horses and dogs. Have no idea if it accurate for real medical purposes.

It's good for the price
The only I would change about this product would be where the number reader is or maybe how better to secure it to the cuff. I take my fathers BP and sometimes he moves a lot and the dial reader falls off the cuff. So I just lay it on his lap and twist my head a bit. The cuff itself works great, I've been a CNA for 16years in hospital setting and this cuff is soft feeling and doesn't seem to hurt to much when you have to pump up high for a higher BP.
