**Q: Is the collar easy to use? Is it too tight?**
A: A little tight but holds the weight plates firmly.

**Q: I lost a screw, what should I do?**
A: I lost one recently during disassembling, contacted the seller and they sent me a screw set right away.

**Q: Are the bars welded vertically? Will it be crooked? I've seen this problem reflected in the reviews of other brands.**
A: Mine is normal, and I don’t feel the weight tilting in any direction when using it.

**Q: Has it been effective?**
A: I've been using it for a few days and feel a noticeable improvement on my shin muscles, so I'm ready to work on my knees and ankles next.

**Q: Do I need to install the foam myself?**
A: No, the seller has already installed it. I have purchased WIN*** before. It is not convenient to remove and replace, and the foam is not as big as that of Fitarc.
