I enjoy the ratio a lot, I wouldn't mind if the ginger taste was slightly stronger, but as it is I would still say it has a great balance and you can definitely taste it, and it doesn't overpower the honey. I would definitely recommend this product. If you like a really potent ginger taste this probably won't do it for you, but if you just want to taste the ginger in the honey you will with this one.
