Not so great.
I bought two colors..yellow and black.The black did not sublimate well at.The colors did not take.And it wasn’t the press.I pressed two cups before that came out perfectly fine.

Horrible
These are horrible! They did not evenly sublimate. I have a lot of ghosting. I applied a lot of pressure and still nothing. I would like a refund! Unfortunately, I used both cups I ordered so I don’t think I will get refunded

bought for 2 little girls for their Christmas hot chocolate. they got to pick out the picture they wanted on them. These are their favorites.

Efficiency.
The media could not be loaded. Beautifully designed. Nice to print on, but my picture was not clear.Would recommend it anyway.

Bad quality
one mug was broken, the other didn't sublimate evenly, it has clouds (no our clamps are 100% fine, all other mugs from other supplier are great)
