This product helps my daughter a lot when she's sick, especially when she's going back to school or during flu season.

Medication is fine - delivery was not
Our package was left on the ground floor underneath the staircase. We couldn't find it and had to search to see where it was left. Not finding it until the day after delivery.

Contains red 40
I bought this, thinking "Honey! Oh! That's not red!" My son can't do red 40 it causes extreme behavior changes. Who wants to make a sick kid feel worse? Why is it necessary? I would give my kid baby puke color medicine. I don't need it to have dye in it. I need it to make my kid feel better. Nyquil is my family's preferred med when we are sick. Why don't you have a single dye free option?
