Went 600 miles and my kids insisted they get this for me after several back operations it’s hard to stay put n a vehicle but this was easy to attach and comfy recommend to anyone who has long or local trips ahead of them

It is comfortable and does seem to provide some lumbar support. I am disappointed with how thin the pillow is overall. I was looking for something to help my mother sit more comfortably in a recliner (she recently had a spinal fracture and needs something to support her back since she can't wear a brace) but this doesn't really do the trick. I'm sure it works well if all you need it to do is to provide a little support for an office chair or car seat, but if you are hoping for more than that you will be disappointed.
