Lancome Hypnose Star Waterproof Show Stopping Volume Mascara - # 01 Noir Midnight -6.5ml/0.22oz

While I usually love Lancôme mascara this was not as promised at all; no super volume, a brush that’s pokey, smudged a lot and very hard to remove. Didn’t work as well as Hypnose Drama.

Product packaged was damaged and product itself seems to be very OLD. It is concerned for shipping quality by Amazon USA too.

Best mascara I've ever used. Always wore Lancôme before but this is the best formula.

I normally love Lancôme products and have used the mascara for years, but when this arrived I was very annoyed. The brush looks like it’s for a different type of mascara & definately not like how it was described online, or like the Hypnose mascaras I’ve purchased before.EDIT: I am in the process of returning the mascara and they are talking about a 'restocking fee,' which is ridiculous because I used it once. I would be wary of this company and suggest going to Ulta or Sephora instead for makeup, versus using this company. The price is comparable any way, and you at least know it's quality makeup.

I have used this mascara in the past and thought I’d order it offline since they were sold out when I went to the store. Very unhappy with what I received. The mascara is all clumped together in the tube and comes out extremely messy- my guess is it wasn’t being stored the right way or something? Confused because this isn’t the consistency the product had last time I used it.
