The description and FAQ section can be misleading regarding if the product contains an AC adapter or not, but as of this writing my shipment did contain the adapter. From my experience, PS4 controllers need ample power and most standard USB wall bricks don't provide enough. This item does and it also charges in a very fast manner. I like that the lights show green and red for both to signal the status of the charge. Overall, would highly recommend it.

really happy with this charger. charges fairly quickly and the LED indicators aren't way too bright like a lot of other charging stations. nice and low profile helps with it sitting in front of my TV and not blocking the view.

Charges two ps4 controllers at the same time witjout having to use your usb port. It charges fast. Only one tiny issue is the light when it is charging is yellow and when it finished charging it turns off so unless you know what thenlights mean you might get confused but who cares really. It does what is supposed to do.

I know manufacturers sometimes make "lemons." Referring to that theory, my charger stopped working within a month of use. Company sent a replacement. I have had it about a month now and it is working good! Great customer service!

I wanted a wall mounted charging station but couldn't find any. I found a video of this product online and saw the person using it flip it completely upside-down while a controller was in it so I figured this would have no problem holding a controller while vertically mounted to a wall. The rubber feet give it a little gap between whatever surface it's on and the unit, so I took them off and just put on some 3M wall stuff. It works perfectly on the wall, but the controllers stay put better with the face of the controller (button side) facing down. I'm doing this, the charging port of the unit is facing upwards which doesn't look very nice on my wall, but it gets the job done. Might make a couple holes in the wall and feed the power cable through when I get more time, but for now I'm happy I don't have clutter on the coffee table. One thing to note is that you have to be pretty precise when connecting the controller to the charging dock, so at first the motion of connecting the controller seems a bit awkward, but after doing it a few times it feels easier. This probably isn't an issue when using it on a table as it's meant to be used, but it's what I found when using it on the wall

I've had several chargers for controllers over the years but this is my favorite by far. I love that I can just drop my controllers into the slot and I don't have to mess around with some kind of dongle that plugs in. It charges quick and the LED that shows when it's charged is a nice touch. I never have dead controllers anymore and I don't have to mess around with USB cords sticking out of my PS4. I love this charger!

I purchased one of these UGREEN PS4 chargers several months ago, the charger worked great, no problems other than you have to position the controller on the charger using a little care to make sure the controller seats fully down on the male micro plug. I just purchased a second PS4 and I had no hesitation which charging base to accompany the newest PS4, I purchased another USGREEN PS4 charger. The charger bases could stand one minor improvement (in my opinion), that being the red/green LEDs are a little hard to see as they are very small. You have to look vertically downward on the base to really see the colored LEDs very well, they are tiny lights down in a tiny porthole. i would guess they made them very small on purpose so they don't light up a bedroom at night - but that's just my guess.

This is so convenient. The PS4 chargers that came with our controllers wore out, and we ended up buying new ones but within a few months, those both started wearing down and only charging some of the time. This charging station is definitely what I needed!! It's easy to use and does the job just right!

Excellent product for the money. Had it now for many months still going strong. Sleek and Works good.

El producto llego bien empaquetado, muy simple de conectar y usar, lo dificil quiza es encontrar el angulo correcto para embonar los controles pero una vez que te acostumbras es mas rapido y sencillo. La carga es rapida, tiene indicador de en carga y cargado, no obstante no hay un señalamiento para cuando desconecta la carga (una vez cargado al 100 el control) , ya que en mi caso los dejo todo el tiempo conectados y hasta q los uso los desconecto; asi siempre estan cargados.

I love this!! The remotes charge so fast and super easy to put them on the charger. Would highly recommend.

El diseño me gusto mucho, es mucho mas cómodo a comparación del clasico cable para cargar los controles, ademas de al cargar los 2 controles al mismo tiempo es mas rápido, el único contra que pudiera encontrar que es un poco difícil insertar el control en el cargador

I bought this to clean up the constant clutter of charging cables and controllers and they work great. Controllers are always charged and stored away neatly. A little finicky to get the charging slot into the right spot, but otherwise works well!
