**Q: What is the difference between ip6 inositol & ip6 gold**
A: The difference is in the price for now but also the smaller capsules and increased purity of the Ip6 and inositol. I have taken all three, since 2012 starting with Enzymatic Cell Forte, then Ip6 Gold and now Ip6 and Inositol by Seymour Biotect which is the one now endorsed by Dr. Shsmsuddin and displays his picture on the bottle. It is the most pure. 
I have been NED ( no evidence of disease) stage 4 triple negative breast cancer with Mets of ten tumors in all and no mastectomy, only lumpectomy, for 5 1/2 years.

One capsul of this works great paired with another 1500mg of inositol~ I use the jarrow brand. If I take it during the day (away from minerals or magnesium or vitamin c) then it helps me sleep deeper
