Biodegradable - once your seedling takes off you can place the whole container right in the ground
Work well. The plastic lid doesn’t stay on, as the cardboard flexes preventing a seal. But if you have a tray or a big it works just fine

Great and did exactly as described
I used these to plant veggie seeds to start my herbs growing myself rather than buying already planted herbs. They worked perfect, exactly as described in the discription. People complained about the plastic tops, but those too worked well, my seeds sprouted in 2 weeks which is unheard of. I have now taken the pots and planted them outside pot and all just as directions advised. Easy, Peasy! I’d buy them again. I bought the large portion I think 36 pots.VERY PLEASED! They came with tags to mark which herb is which also.

Thin material may not be suitable for multiple uses
I got the clear pots thinking I could reuse them, but they are really thin and sometimes hard to get the domes on properly. The trick is to gently press the dome onto the cup. The lip of the cup is very thin and easily deforms. The cups serve their purpose, but I won't count on reusing them multiple times as intended.

Fun kids project
I bought these for my autistic grandson to start his own little garden. It's perfect for him.He has several vegetable plants thriving.

Lids don't fit properly on these pots.
I liked the fact that they were fairly inexpensive and clear so that you can see the plant roots as they grow. I didn't like that they are pretty poorly made and the lids don't fit properly.

Plastic crap
I figured I'd buy the plastic so I can see the growth. Unnecessary. I figured they would connect top to bottom seamlessly. Not at all. More than half of the lids will not stay on, they pop right off, half I couldn't even get on and half of those ripped or tore due to the pressure of trying to connect the lid.Size, perfect, drainage holes, perfect, value for money, eh could have just bought a tray.... Germination was quick with those that stay connected. Performance, I'd rate a 3 out of 5 stars.

They work well
Used these to grow some alocasia corms and they are doing the job! Little holes in the lids to allow air in but it doesn’t let the humidity out. My one complaint is that some of the cups and lids don’t fit well for those I just used a little tape to keep the dome on.

Genius idea, great little cups
I purchased these for a couple reasons,1. The amount you get for the price. $18 for a pack of 36 cups WITH a reusable greenhouse dome. A pack of 6 of these without the greenhouse dome is like $7-8 at Walmart. So it’s definitely worth it!2. I liked the idea of having individual transplantable cups with domes so I can monitor my seeds separately rather than putting all my seeds into a tray and having to deal with one big heavy item. With the individual, I can give each seed the sunlight it requires once they sprout. As I planted my seeds, I did notice that the domes don’t sit securely on the cups, but that’s nothing a rubber band can’t fix. The domes do come with a hole in the very top of the lid so if you were to secure the dome with a rubber band or tape, you are still able to water the plants inside. The little label sticks are an added plus as well! They are pretty durable too. Sharpie pen works best as regular ink rubs right off.Over all, I am happy with the product! Definitely will purchase more if I need to.
