I tried different application on my phone to use the camera yet it's not connecting

I am pretty impressed with this home security camera. I honestly got it to keep an eye on my dog when we are out of the house. I have never owned a security camera as I was always afraid it would be to technical for me to use. That is not the case at all. This camera was pretty easy to use right right out of the box. I followed the directions and downloaded the app and located the camera. Within a few minutes I was watching myself right on my cellphone screen. It records a still image, it does not move however you can enlarge what's on the screen. The picture is actually pretty clear and visible. I am pretty happy with the camera it works better than I expected and was much easier to set up than I anticipated. I am thinking I may need atleast 1 more camera to cover the majority of my living area. I am now able to check in on my pup while we are away. It gives me such piece of mind knowing she is okay. I dont know why I ever waited so long to get a camera! This one was super easy to set up and pretty user friendly. I like I can record and listen to audio right on my phone.

This is Awesome!! So worth the money, super simple set up and app! Well worth it! Mom had a recent health scare so I bought this and set up before she gets home from hospital. Tried the night vison and put lower to see my dogs. So cool! I love that you can turn on and off and talk into it as well! I can already see I'll be checking on my Dogs when we are gone! Buy it. You won't regret it! Going to buy a 2nd one for the kitchen!

It took me less than five minutes to set up this little hoop home security camera. The instructions are great. I connected it to a power outlet, waited for the LED light to flash (it’s small and in the back where you plug the power cord into the camera). Then, I pressed the setup button and got a voice response.Added the camera to the Hoop app in my phone, and came across a hurdle when trying to connect it to my Wi-Fi. Useful information: At the point where you scan the QR code, if it won’t connect to your network, it might give you a voice response that says, “Can’t find network name.” I knew I had typed the name in correctly, so I tried it again a few times. It turns out I was entering the wrong password. Make sure you have your Wi-Fi password and network name correct, and then setup is a cinch.After that, it was easy to finish setting up the camera, and now I have a live feed of my entire front Foyer.The app itself I would consider very user-friendly with simple Settings and features. Simplified but still with advanced features, especially around notifications and reminders that serves well as a personal helper. FYI, when I was looking for some specificinstructions on how to’s and features I was able to find most answers at hoophome.com.The rest I was able to get through their customer service that offers phone chat and email that turned out to be very helpful.

I own 5 of these cameras and being disabled I have come to depend on them. The sad fact is 4 days ago the 24 hour cloud storage stopped working. I used their web page contact us box and got no reply so then emailed both their support and info email addresses but they email accounts no longer exist and the email was kicked back. So I tried calling their 833 number which is disconnected and as of today their web site will not even load. Sadly it looks as if the company is no longer or they are having major technical difficulties. I'll be extremely pissed off if the app stops working and I lose access to view my cameras and sd card contents seeing as I have close to $300 invested in the cameras.

I had high hopes for this camera. The first one I bought did ok so I immediately purchased three more. But I should have waited. It doesn’t notify me of motion at least 90% of the time (even on high alert mode) and even though I installed an SD card, there is no way to view past activity unless you take the SD card to a computer. So unless you are wanting a camera for real-time observation and nothing else, this camera is NOT for you.
