I was watching motivational Doc on utube . He was talking about Boswellia being anti-inflammatory. I have multiple diagnosis and suffer from horrific spasms. I decided to order this brand because it has tumeric and black pepper in it. By day three I noticed I didn't need my muscle relaxers. I was staying up longer and overall feeling much better. This brand it very good because I ordered three different brands to try. This is the best by far. I hope everyone that tries it gets as much relief as I have. My son has myotonia and suffers daily. I got him a bottle and be says its helping. I have told several relatives and they are taking it too now. Boswellia for inflammation along with tumeric black pepper and Frankensence is a fantastic combination for me. I have spinal issues. Ive got arthritis and a connective tissue illness that caused ligaments and tendons to slip. I think if it helps me it would help most. I am grateful to this Mau We company for creating such a good product.
