What is the code to open the lock?** A: Mine arrived locked too, I tried everything to open. Eventually after starting at 000, 629 tries at the combination later it finally popped open. That took about 25 minutes. Good luck! **Q: What is the empty case weight?** A: The 28” is advertised as 9.5lbs. Mine just arrived and it weighs 10.1lbs on my luggage scale. **Q: Will the 28” spinner be a problem while checking in the bag with American Airlines? They say the checked bag should be 62” and this is 65”** A: I got the 24 inch and measured it and found out that the dimensions here on Amazon as well as on the Samsonite website isn't accurate. The 24 inches was supposed to be 60.9 linear inches according to Samsonite website, but I measured it and it was just 57.5 inches. When expanded, it was 59 inches. So I returned it and now thinking if I should just get the 28 inches. **Q: How I unlock it if forgot password??** A: Only issue with suitcase was no instructions on setting combo. BUT called Samsonite and were so helpful. Use a pen tip to push in the lil divot inbetween dials and lock. Reset.
