This is a great supplement. I take it to keep my hands and feet from cramping up. I’ve used it for several years.

These contain the three elements that deficits are the most likely causes of muscle cramps. Its the same elements you get of you eat bananas, but there don't go bad like bananas. I haven't had a muscle cramp since I've started taking these.

I should have paid closer attention to the amount per serving / % Daily Value. Only 2% of potassium and 32% of Calcium. Also, the serving size is 2 tablets, but the suggested use is 1 tablet daily. If you look closely at the images you see that, but really why the difference?? Anyhoo, I won't buy again.
