Not sure
I am doing authopagy fasting and have been using mct oil but never this product. I thought it would be good idea to add some to my morning coffee. Unfortunately I'm not impressed. It dosent dissolve very well but taste isn't too bad. Maybe it's more suitable when added to smoothies or protein shake. First impressions isn't very good but I will keep using it and experimenting with it. Not impressed with price for sure. Way too expensive
