Nice looking and sturdy. The assembly took 3 people trying to get two bolts and nuts secured to the wagon. I was about to return it out of frustration.

2 OF THE WHEELS NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.

I bought this wagon for my daughter as a Christmas gift knowing that my husband and I were taking her to the zoo several days after Christmas.So, December 25th 2022 she opened the wagons and Thursday December 29th 2022 on the wagon's maiden voyage to the Tampa Fl Zoo, not even 2 hrs after our arrival, the wagon lost a wheel with my 15 month-old daughter (24 pounds) riding in the wagon. We were in the middle of the park when the lock nut holding the axle bolt for the wheel came off suddenly causing the wheel to come off. My husband has had previous back injuries and I suffer with chronic neck and shoulder pain. The whole point of purchasing the wagon was to avoid a fiasco like this. So, we were stuck in the zoo with zero tools and had to lug our daughter, diaper bag, wagon, drink bag and purse all the way through the zoo, out the exit across the street and down to the over flow parking lot down the street from zoo entrance. I am highly disappointed and would not reccomend. My husband has a lot of mechanical experience and he stated that lock nuts do not simply just come off. Hence the name lock nuts! He stated that the lock nuts must never have been tightened all the way in the factory during assembly! Please for the safety of kids, do better checking ulyour products before shipping them to people. The wagon does come assembled... The only part husband had to screw on was the entire wheel assembly had to be screwed to he base of wagon.Spent about 120.00 on wagon.175.00 on zoo tickets70.00 on fuel because we live several hrs from the zoo.My husband does not get very much time off from work to go and do these things with us either.I have no idea what I would have done if I would have been at the park with my daughter by ourselves.
