These supplements were good enough in my book. No adverse reactions, but no noticeable changes either. The container is quite appealing to the eye.

I’m taking milk thistle for liver health. Milk thistle actually worked for me. This product includes milk thistle, and anti-oxidants: L-Methionine, N-Acetylcysteine (NAC), and Glutathione- amino acids, and several other ingredients. Although Milk thistle dosage seems to be a bit lower, the formula enhances absorption and bioavailability. Thus, it might be more effective than milk thistle alone, so I’ll take it.The capsules are easy to swallow, no strange taste, and only two capsules a day, and made in USA. With 30 days of supply, it seems to be a bit pricy, but it may still worth it for its good formula.

I’ve taken a lot of sleeping pills, Tylenol and arthritis medication for years so my kidneys and liver need some help. The best way to know if this works is blood work. I will get mine done in a few weeks so I’ll know more when I get my results whether this works or not to lower my levels.

So having type II diabetes and no known signs of liver problems as of yet. I decided to try this out to see if it makes a difference. I like the combined ingredients. I have used some of those ingredients before. After a month of using this. I really didn't feel any difference. I'm sure if I tried this for maybe 3 months I might notice a difference but it is kind of expensive for me to continue not having any signs of this working after a month.

I found that my skin is a bit clearer while taking these.. I take two a day close to when I go to bed. No upset stomach, easy to swallow. The ox bile is an interesting addition to a liver supplement. I hope I continue to get benefits from it before it's finished!

Fatter than a normal pill bottle and with a chrome cap and rather loud lable. I take one in the morning and one at night. Like the advertisement I wanted to do something good for my liver, as you get old you recognize the importance of your organs. I was looking for something natural and gentle. The only ingredient that puzzles me is the ox bile. I mean is this what I think it is?

This is the first liver supplement I've seen that has ox bile and milk thistle. The ox bile is usually to aid in digestion... but its not explained how this works synergistically with the other ingredients. I found it to be kind of odd.The rest of the ingredients have a very synthetic sound, including the milk thistle which is highly processed variant which includes sunflower oil. I wonder how much milk thistle there is in it.Finally, it has what looks like 5 different binders and flow agents to help them encapsulate this. That seems like a lot.I'm very curious to see how this measures up to other supplements with Ox Bile or Liver support. I have to admit I was super curious with this formula, which is definitely different as far as I can tell.

I don't have a known liver condition. I don't use any drugs, not even aspirin, but do drink alcohol, though not very much, so thought I would try these for a bit of liver support. So far, it is hard to say if there is any benefit in taking them.Am not too happy about all that's added to these in addition to the active ingredients.
