I recommend for family ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Surprisingly effective *by V***B on Reviewed in the United States on 12 April 2023* I do not suffer from terrible chronic congestion but I would like an effective product that can relieve mild congestion during allergy season and occasional mild congestion that blocks up my head. I had this product for almost 2 weeks before I could bring myself to try it because I can’t stand getting liquid up my nose. I don’t even swim because I don’t want water up my nose. And there’s not a neti pot in the house. Having now tried it I was pleasantly surprised to find that this spray doesn’t feel too bad at all. I tried both the mist and the stream. It is quick & gentle and my nose feels noticeably clearer. The instructions on the spray container are simple and clear. My husband, who does suffer from constant congestion, is over the moon about it and the relief it gives him. So I guess we’re an otomar family now. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wish more directions can be provided *by J***L on Reviewed in the United States on 29 March 2023* My family does suffer from seasonal allergies. However, we typically have been taking pills to remedy it. In addition, I have used nasal sprays in the past but not on a consistent basis. For this spray, I have been using it and would press it for about 1-2 seconds on each nostril. The stream is pretty strong and seems like a good amount is getting in. I do inhale during the spraying while covering my other nostril. I do feel the solution going in but not exactly sure if I'm doing it correctly. I'm not sure if I should be breathing it in all the way or not. There are definitely drops that come back out afterwards. I'm hoping this is expected and is part of the cleaning.Also, for the adult one, I can fit the spray head into each nostril and spray it in the upper nostril area. However, for the kids one, which is the rubberized one, the head makes it hard to get it higher up the nostril for my kids. Either way, I do feel like it is cleaning my nostrils during each use. However, since it's hasn't gotten to allergy season for us yet, I'm not sure it's effects for that. I'm hoping it works well as I'd rather use these on my kids versus medication. The other thing I would recommend is a video or information on how to use this product. For example, how long do they recommend spraying into each nostril (in seconds).
