Q: Is it safe to boil the weights to sanitize them?

I am no scientist but I would think you could, it would only take 5minutes of sitting in boiling water to sanitize them, I just place mine in the dishwasher. The water gets hot enough to sanitize them

Q: How do you clean the stones?

Scrub the mould off as much as you can. Put the stones in a pot with a few tablespoons of vinegar and hot water. Leave overnight. Rinse the stones. Dry the stones in your oven (low temperature will do) so you know the stones are thoroughly dry. Pack them away in a dry spot.

Q: For first batch trial, i want to make a smaller batch, maybe just fill half of the Crock or less, will that be ok to leave all the space on the top?

Oxygen is your enemy and the more space you leave the more oxygen you initially start out with. The fermentation process produces CO2 which you want and will keep unwanted organisms out as long as your air lock (liquid) around the lid is maintained. The 2 liter jar doesn't really hold much so I would just go big or go home. Hope that helps.

Q: Where can i get weights for this? Mine came without the weights.

I would ask the seller to ship you the weights. Once I used lot of salt in double ziplock.
